At AstroPresence, we are committed to providing high-quality advisory services with clarity and professionalism. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies:
1. Nature of Services
All services offered by AstroPresence are advisory in nature and involve time-based consultation, analysis, and preparation. As such, once a session is confirmed and scheduled, resources are allocated specifically for that engagement.
2. No Refund After Service Delivery
No refunds will be issued once a consultation session has been conducted or advisory services have been delivered, either partially or in full.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation prior to the scheduled session. Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.• If cancelled 24 hours before the session: Eligible for rescheduling
• If cancelled within 24 hours: No refund will be applicable.
4. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability if requested in advance. AstroPresence reserves the right to approve or decline rescheduling requests.
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a completed session. No refund or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.
6. Refund Processing
Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original method of payment, subject to standard processing deductions.
7. Discretionary Clause
AstroPresence reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion in genuine cases.
8. Service Refusal
In cases where AstroPresence declines to provide services after evaluation, any payment made will be refunded in full.
9. Agreement to Policy
By booking a session or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
10. Mode of Delivery
All services are delivered online (Video/over Phone), and clients are responsible for ensuring availability and connectivity at the scheduled time of consultation.
